Terms and Conditions
These terms govern access to and use of the Shocked Emoji static website, content and browser-based tools.
Effective date: July 20, 2026
Acceptance
By using this website, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, stop using the website and its tools.
Permitted use
You may use the website for personal, educational and ordinary creative purposes. You may copy emoji characters, use code values and generate PNG files for lawful content. You must comply with destination-platform rules and applicable law.
Prohibited use
Do not use the website to misrepresent affiliation, impersonate another person, distribute harmful material, interfere with the website, bypass security controls or infringe the rights of others. Do not present the independent website as an official platform resource.
Content and intellectual property
Original explanations, page organization and website code are provided as part of this project. Emoji characters are Unicode text, while rendered artwork may be supplied by operating-system or font vendors. Users are responsible for evaluating rights that apply to a specific rendered image.
Local tools
Favorites and recent items are stored locally. PNG generation and copy actions are initiated by the user. Clearing browser data may remove saved items, and the website is not responsible for restoring local preferences.
No warranties
The website is provided on an “as available” basis. We do not guarantee that every browser will render emoji identically or that every destination service will accept the characters or generated files.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, the website owner is not liable for indirect loss arising from interpretation, use, incompatibility, data clearing or reliance on the website’s general information.
Changes
These terms may be updated when functionality or legal requirements change. Continued use after publication of revised terms indicates acceptance of the updated version.
